Curriculog 2026-2027 forms  

    Most forms are available; a few forms are undergoing final updates. 

    If you have an immediate need for a form that is not yet available, email Kerry_Patenaude@uml.edu and she will prioritize that form.

    What's New

    1. Build Your Form - When you start most forms, a series of "first prompt" questions will fly-out to the right. Answer the fly-out questions, and click "Create Proposal". This will build the form with the questions relevant to your request. Some questions may seem redundant but are asked to ensure proper functionality of the form and workflow.

    2. Curriculog Help - Visit https://www.uml.edu/curriculog/curriculog-help/curriculog-proposal-instructions.aspx for the detailed instructions that were moved out of the forms and onto this one page.

    3. Submit all requests prior to March 1 - To allow sufficient time for curriculum change requests to progress through the workflows of Faculty Senate, the UMass President's Office, and (when applicable) the Board of Higher Education, the feature to launch proposals will close on Monday March 1, 2027 at 5:00pm.

    IMPORTANT: All proposals launched prior to March 1 must reach the Faculty Senate Committee step before the agenda deadline for their last meeting of the academic year (UPC deadline is Monday April 5, 2027 and GPAC deadline is Monday April 12, 2027), which will allow all proposals to be considered by Faculty Senate during their last meeting of the academic year on Monday May 3, 2027.

    Proposals for program changes must receive approval from UMass President's Office prior to being implemented and advertised for the 2027-2028 catalog.

    All faculty and staff with UML email credentials (@uml.edu) can log in using single sign-on. All proposals are available for you to view; use the "advanced search" tab to refine your search.
